As the organization has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years, they are now looking to bring on a FP&A Manager to join the team. They are specifically looking for a strong Senior Financial Analyst that is ready for the next step up to become the Manager.Reporting directly into the CFO, the FP&A Manager will oversee, lead and manage the financial budgeting, analysis and reporting, while working closely cross-functionally with senior leadership and a variety of departments. The FP&A Manager will have tons of mentorship and support from the CFO and senior leadership team, to ensure your set up for success. This role offers limitless growth potential and will provide you with the opportunity to make a direct impact!Job DescriptionFP&A Manager Responsibilities:Act as a strategic financial advisor to cross-functional leaders across Commercial, Operations, R&D, and G&A, with a focus on driving long-term value.Lead the development and improvement of streamlined budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely integration into forecasting models.Manage and present monthly financial performance reviews, including analysis of revenue and expenditure variances, with both GAAP and adjusted Non-GAAP gross margin and EBITDA metrics.Facilitate recurring cost and budget alignment sessions with departments such as Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Medical Affairs, and Corporate Services.Identify and recommend cost efficiency initiatives and margin improvement strategies based on operational performance trends.Collaborate closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication and financial alignment across the organization.Support M&A activities by evaluating investment opportunities, validating deal model assumptions, and performing due diligence on projected financial outcomes.Contribute to post-acquisition integration planning and execution to ensure seamless transition and alignment with financial goals.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
