Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with all levels of the organization to build the annual budget and periodic forecasts
  • Produce long term financial models in support of debt, equity, and acquisition transactions. Analyze and report on financial and operational results across several levels of the organization to help drive improved performance
  • Develop KPIs to communicate to management the reasons behind performance/results
  • Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
  • Manage a team of Financial Analysts
  • Oversee monthly MD&A reporting
  • Coordinate preparation of materials for quarterly board of directors' meetings
  • Prepare periodic reporting packets required by the Company's credit agreements
  • Participate in due diligence and integration work on acquisitions

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in an accounting or finance-related discipline
  • 8+ years of progressive work experience, showing evidence of growth in responsibilities
  • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
  • Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages. Sound fundamental knowledge of GAAP and general finance and budgeting principles
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and people skills with ability to build strong relationships
  • SAP experience not required but strongly considered
