They are looking to bring on a FP&A Manager to gain global exposure, work closely with senior leadership, and oversee all processes and procedures, taking on new challenges and putting their stamp on the role!

FP&A Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, forecasting, and analysis in regard to actual results
  • Responsible for working directly with the C-Suite team to publish global assumptions for each forecast
  • Manage the quarterly forecasting processes to identify both opportunities and gaps in financial forecasting
  • Manage the global business plan processes, including timeline consolidation, and results
  • Oversee corporate finance activities, including SG&A reporting, variance analysis, and MD&A
  • Lead the development and implementation of new financial systems and its capabilities
  • Own cash flow statement and forecasting cycles, including day-to-day cash management

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience required
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning a plus
  • Strong communication and analytic skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
