FP&A Manager - Renewables and Environment - Schaumburg, IL

FP&A Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the annual financial planning process through accurate and timely production
• Provide key financial analysis and recommendations for senior leadership on new strategic issues and how they relate to emerging business activities
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess future business and financial opportunities and risks
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting and analysis for business partners and operational leaders
• Provide analysis on business's annual operating plan, advising business partners on reporting framework and guidelines
• Develop financial modeling to optimize operational performance
• Assist in budgeting and planning activities by developing financial models and performing analysis and forecasting
• Implement improved techniques for forecasting, evaluations, and analysis
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets and forecasts in comparison to variances
• Manage financial planning staff
