Job Description

  • Supervise the pooled vehicle administration team, overseeing daily operations and setting priorities.
  • Provide guidance on transaction processing, fund accounting, financial statements, and regulatory materials.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, Board materials, budgets, and marketing materials.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual reports, prospectuses, and other regulatory filings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external fund administration agents.
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance.
  • Mentor and guide staff to foster professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial services or public accounting.
  • Strong expertise in fund administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
