Fund Manager

• Maintain fund waterfalls for operating funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in updating actuals and forecasts. Establish a monthly cadence with asset managers to review and update forecasts, addressing any changes in working capital needs promptly

• Monitor cash flows, liquidity, and funding requirements to ensure timely debt service payments and cash distributions to investors and stakeholders
• Calculate cash distributions, and other financial obligations for the fund; optimize cash distributions to corporate through proactive liquidity and cash management and oversight of compliance with distribution tests in financing agreements
