General Contractor - Project Manager - Multifamily

• Manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are followed accurately.
• Monitor project progress and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
