General Manager - Aerospace Manufacturing - Springfield, MA

You will report directly into the CEO and have the opportunity to:

• Leading and aligning multi-site operations to meet strategic goals in production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across facilities to enhance productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Overseeing cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and resource allocation.
• Managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures, to achieve profitability targets.
• Fostering a strong company culture focused on accountability, innovation, and employee development across all sites.
