Job Description

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Provide leadership and direction to department heads and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of operations across the organization
Oversee facility management, maintenance, and safety protocols
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain quality standards
Lead and support the training and development of operational staff
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, contributing to strategic planning initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or closely related field.
Master's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred
Minimum of 15 years' management and leadership experience in a manufacturing company
Solid understanding of aerospace bearing materials, turning, grinding, inspection, and test methodologies
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
Effective leadership and team management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Demonstrated record of setting and achieving metrics and objectives
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
