General Manager - Industrial Manufacturing - Tilton, NH

Reporting directly into the President, you will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments including Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging team collaboration.
• Manage resources, including budgeting and personnel, to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to maintain competitive edge.
