Job Description

The General Manager/Project Executive will:



  • Lead and direct construction operations for multifamily projects across the Columbus market.


  • Oversight of project administration staff, construction engineers, and superintendent teams to ensure operational priorities are met.


  • Forecast and report on project financials, including cost, revenue, and estimating adherence.


  • Resolve complex project challenges including labor, materials, equipment, and contractual/subcontractual issues.


  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager to enforce company safety goals and standards across all projects.


  • Engage with owners, partners, and prospective clients to support business growth and long‑term strategy

The Successful Applicant

The Successeful General Manager/Project Exectuive Candidate will have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master's/MBA a plus.


  • 15+ years in construction/real estate development with 7+ years in senior leadership or executive management.


  • Proven track record delivering multifamily, mixed-use, or urban redevelopment projects.


  • Executive experience leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, schedules, and project portfolios.


  • Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, contracts, codes, and industry best practices.


  • Experience with project financials, P&L oversight, and risk management.


  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and business development skills.


  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.


  • Strategic, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
