About Our Client

A leader in contract machining handling volumes from prototype to production. They are a two shift operations with multiple locations, this position would be overseeing the the location near Alsip with impressive machining capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically machining en
  • Proven experience managing safety, production, maintenance, and quality assurance programs.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, manufacturing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma certification is highly desirable).
