Job Description

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of a Packaging Plant t to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure project success.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
