General/ Senior Superintendent

• Oversee multiple Site Superintendents and projects
• Stand in for ownership in stakeholder meetings when needed
• Oversee multiple direct reports
• "Eyes and ears" of ownership in the field
• Occasionally be the lead on high value jobs
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Address and resolve construction issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and ensure team cohesion.
