Job Description

  • Supervise and manage daily construction operations to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on-site.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to on-site construction teams.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
