Job Description
General Superintendent-Developer-Multifamily-MA Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with Development & Project Management team
- Lead on-site team in construction from start to finish
- Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness's and orderliness

The Successful Applicant
General Superintendent-Developer-Multifamily-MA Successful Candidate:
- Experience building large-scale ground up, vertical construction projects
- OSHA 30 Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
