Job Description



  • Act as the senior field executive overseeing multiple healthcare projects simultaneously


  • Lead, mentor, and manage Project Superintendents and field teams


  • Partner closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, and ownership groups


  • Drive master schedules, phasing plans, and logistics for complex healthcare builds


  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements


  • Oversee quality control, inspections, and commissioning activities


  • Serve as the primary field interface for owners, inspectors, and design teams

The Successful Applicant



  • 15+ years of construction experience with significant large-scale healthcare project exposure


  • Prior experience as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or acting Project Executive


  • Strong background managing hospitals, active campus renovations, and ground-up healthcare facilities


  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, ICRA, and complex MEP systems


  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects


  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Miami / South Florida area
