Job Description



  • Serve as the senior on-site leader, acting as the "Project Executive in the field" on large, complex healthcare projects


  • Lead and manage all field operations from preconstruction through close-out


  • Oversee multiple superintendents, field engineers, and trade partners


  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and healthcare regulations


  • Drive master schedules, phase plans, and logistics for active hospital environments


  • Coordinate closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, design teams, and owners


  • Proactively identify and resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule risks


  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company with hospital stakeholders


  • Enforce company standards, best practices, and performance expectations across all teams

The Successful Applicant



  • 12+ years of experience in commercial construction with a heavy focus on large-scale healthcare projects


  • Proven experience leading teams on complex hospital, medical, or life sciences projects


  • Prior experience as a General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on projects $50M+


  • Strong understanding of ICRA, infection control, phased renovations, and occupied hospital construction


  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills


  • Ability to function at an executive level while remaining deeply involved in field operations


  • OSHA 30 preferred; healthcare safety experience strongly preferred
