Job Description



  • Provide overall field leadership and oversight for multiple healthcare construction projects.


  • Serve as the lead superintendent on complex or high-profile healthcare builds and renovations.


  • Mentor and manage project superintendents and field teams.


  • Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, including ICRA, life safety, infection control, and AHCA requirements.


  • Oversee project schedules, sequencing, logistics, and coordination of all trades.


  • Enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance across all jobsites.


  • Partner closely with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.


  • Lead quality control efforts to ensure projects meet healthcare-specific standards and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant



  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with significant time spent as a Lead or General Superintendent on healthcare projects.


  • Extensive hands-on experience delivering healthcare facilities such as hospitals, MOBs, surgical centers, or similar regulated environments.


  • Deep understanding of healthcare construction requirements, phasing in occupied facilities, and risk mitigation.


  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing multiple superintendents and large field teams.


  • Strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.


  • OSHA 30 required; healthcare-specific certifications are a plus.
