Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience in capital equipment and engineered products is required.
  • Experience in aircraft component test equipment is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead and accomplish sales initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
