Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of global HR Business Partners across multiple regions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior sales leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning for the global sales population.
  • Partner with leadership on employee engagement, performance management, and career development strategies.
  • Ensure consistent and compliant HR practices across regions, while adapting to local nuances.
  • Collaborate with centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation) to deliver seamless HR support.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across global teams.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational design efforts.
