Job Description

  • Manage a large, established global book of business
  • Own and deliver against a quota‑carrying expansion number
  • Lead enterprise‑level consultative sales cycles with VP‑level stakeholders
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within complex accounts
  • Partner closely with cross‑functional teams (product, leadership, account management)
  • Conduct strategic account planning and long‑term growth forecasting
  • Maintain deep knowledge of product portfolio, customer use cases, and competitive landscape

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Key Account Manager should have:

  • Proven quota‑carrying history (required)
  • Experience managing and expanding large enterprise/global accounts
  • Strong consultative selling approach
  • Hunger, motivation, and a clear track record of upsell success
  • Ability to bring new, strategic thinking to established workflows
  • Backgrounds from enterprise software, creative tech, or related SaaS fields
  • Ability to travel to customers as needed (limited travel)
