Job Description

  • Support and execute the global payroll strategy in alignment with broader business objectives
  • Establish global payroll governance, risk, and control frameworks
  • Serve as process owner for US payroll tax compliance across all applicable states
  • Collaborate with HRIS to maintain and enhance integrations across payroll and ERP systems
  • Monitor changes in global labor, tax, and employment legislation
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance on country‑specific payroll practices
  • Leverage payroll analytics to identify trends and support workforce planning
  • Manage global payroll vendors and ensure SLA adherence

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of global payroll experience, with exposure to Workday and ADP highly preferred
  • Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred
  • Global Payroll experience required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder presence
  • Comfortable working across time zones with flexibility
  • Able to work onsite, 3 days a week in LA
