About Our Client

My client is a high growth capital equipment/electronics manufacturing organization based out of Chelmsford / Andover, MA. They compete in a niche market as a global market leader. They are seeking a leader for their global service operations to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of their CS team.

Job Description

You Will:

  • Devise a plan to analyze client accounts that can drive strategy, retention and engagement
  • Manage a team of 7-10 service/support leads
  • Partner with the support and other cross functional internal teams to devise strategies to reduce churn, drive adoption and overall client satisfaction
  • Provide insights for the CS team into the customer life cycle to enhance their relationships and overall account health
  • Pro-actively define new ideas to improve business process and operational systems
  • Optimize success and support operations by automating process and tasks
  • Provide feedback to sales to enhance the front end of client relationships
  • Manage a direct report and be given opportunity to scale the team

The Successful Applicant

You Have:

  • B.S. In Engineering or other relevant field is a huge plus
  • Experience leading support teams within a manufacturing/electronics/device/capital equipment industry
  • Specific experience in capital equipment / machinery is a huge plus
  • Track record and ability to drive a support team is a huge plus
  • Experience with client-facing support initiatives
  • Ability to gather, analyze and organize data on client accounts, and get technical with products
  • Results oriented, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple objects and projects at once
  • Quick learner, curious, strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for designing process and creating scalable team strategy
  • Ability to influence and communicate complex objectives in a concise manor
