We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst & Program Manager to drive a pivotal GRC Infrastructure project. This role will focus on building and implementing an enterprise-wide GRC data platform, refining the Risk and Control Inventory (RCI) and its organizational structure, introducing AI-powered risk advisory solutions, and developing dynamic dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Description



  • Strong program execution skills with hands-on experience in GRC platforms, effectively working across teams to define and meet business and data requirements.


  • Assist in building and managing the Risk and Control Inventory (RCI), ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the organization's risk landscape.


  • Define and implement key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor and assess potential risks in the organization.


  • Enhance reporting capabilities and develop dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into risk metrics.


  • Ensure governance structures are in place to maintain data quality, accountability, and alignment with regulatory standards.


  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables, driving progress on multiple priorities and aligning with diverse stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant



  • Over a decade of experience in financial services, risk management, internal controls, audit, and organizational transformation.


  • Strong expertise in operational risk management and strategy, ideally gained from a 'Big 4' consultancy.


  • In-depth knowledge of risk management platforms like Archer and/or AuditBoard.


  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in all business results and deliverables.


  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity, driving decision-making, managing change, and adapting quickly in dynamic environments.


  • Process-driven with a solid track record of implementing scalable operational solutions.


  • Well-equipped with best practices in data management, reporting, and presentations to support ongoing operational risk activities.


  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects to completion independently.


  • Strong understanding of best practices for data management, reporting, and presentations to support continuous operational risk management.
