Job Description



  • Project Management: Lead all phases of ground-up construction projects ranging from $5M-$50M+ in value


  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors from pre-construction through final turnover


  • Quality Control: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and logistics plans


  • Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and building codes on-site


  • Budget Oversight: Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyouts, and contract administration


  • Schedule Management: Track project progress, resolve issues proactively, and report regularly to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant



  • 7-10+ years of experience in general construction with a focus on ground-up commercial or mixed-use projects


  • Proven success managing projects from start to finish with full accountability for cost, quality, and schedule


  • Deep understanding of construction methods, contract administration, and safety compliance


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills


  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
