Ground up Multifamily Construction Senior Superintendent

The Project Senior Superintendent will oversee all aspects of daily project operations. This role involves coordinating with owners, architects, city officials, and subcontractors from the initial phases of construction through to final turnover and closeout. The primary objective is to ensure the project progresses swiftly and efficiently by maintaining strict focus on the schedule, quality standards, and safety protocols.
