Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Growth Marketer will find themselves responsible for the following:

  • Account Based Marketing: develop content and campaigns to attract new targeted potential customers
  • Own the company's online presence to tell the brand's story and generate inbound sales leads
  • Design and build compelling marketing content
  • Set the strategy and write the growth marketing playbook
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies
  • Monitor marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends and optimize for growth
  • Keep up-to-date with target audience's preferences and proactively initiate new strategies to meet them
  • Create programs and campaigns that engage and grow a user base from sign up through conversion, engagement, and advocacy
  • Design, implement, and scale organic and paid marketing strategies, analyzing and optimizing channel mix and funnel performance.

The Successful Applicant

Given this role would be the first of its kind, each day will be dynamic and filled with a number of projects. In order to be most successful in this role, candidates should have the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills and use data, metrics and analytics as a basis for strategic planning
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, and more.
  • Experience managing internal and external resources
  • Experience with growth hacking strategies for user activation and growth across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
