Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment, monitoring, and management of counterparty credit risk across traded products.
  • Develop and implement risk policies, frameworks, and strategies to mitigate exposure.
  • Oversee credit risk analysis for derivatives, repos, swaps, total return swaps, and other structured products.
  • Collaborate with trading, risk management, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and portfolio risk assessments.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on risk exposure.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk governance frameworks.
  • Lead a team of risk professionals, fostering a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in traded credit risk and counterparty risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of derivatives, repos, swaps, total return swaps, and structured finance products.
  • Proven leadership experience at an Executive Director level or equivalent.
  • Expertise in risk modeling, stress testing, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

What's on Offer

$225,000 - $350,000 base salary.
