About Our Client

Our client is a market disrupting behavioral data platform that allows users to deliver their data into the cloud environment of their choosing. Their current users include companies such as Capital One and DollarShaveClub. With just under 150 employees, our client is looking for a Head of Field and Events Marketing to oversee the planning and execution of campaign and event initiatives from start to finish.

Job Description


The Head of Field & Events Marketing will work cross functionally within the business to increase brand awareness and client pipeline in North America through the following initiatives:

  • Lead agenda setting field marketing activities from start to finish
  • Manage and coach a team of Field Marketing Managers
  • Develop and drive pipeline-building campaigns to support the larger marketing team
  • Manage in person and virtual events including webinars and conferences
  • Differentiate marketing approach through email, direct mail, ABM, and social

The Head of Field & Event Marketing will be a seasoned marketing professional who can lead several competing projects and initiatives. This cross-functional leader will also be involved in event marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement. In order to be most successful, the ideal Head of Field & Events Marketing candidates should match most of the following criteria:

  • 5-10 years of Field Marketing experience for a B2B SaaS company
  • Background in event marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement
  • Experience working with a start-up or high growth company preferred
  • People management experience preferred
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing
  • Data driven
