The US office (and bank) is located in Stamford, CT.Job DescriptionResponsibilities of the Head of HR include:StrategyWork with Group Head of HR to map out the people strategy for the Bank, with a focus on Building and Running the Bank over a phased approachPlan and delivering business related projectsWorking with the Group team, to co-ordinate, and management of the people agendaOperationalWork with all the functional leaders both at Group and functional level to build out the people operating model for the BankSet up all people related procedures for the Bank, ensure they meet local employment laws, regulatory requirements and are kept relevant.
