Head of Information Technology

The key responsibilities of the Head of Technology are to lead the firm's infrastructure and technology. As well as following:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company's technology capabilities.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, networks, and systems.
• Establish and enforce technology standards, policies, and procedures to ensure security, reliability, and scalability.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
