Job Description

Demonstrable experience required for the Head of Marketing (US):

* Creating strategies and compelling marketing campaigns to showcase our abilities to new and existing clients and to generate new client leads
* Working with sales and the leadership team to cultivate reference accounts for products and services; identify client success stories and working to create marketing case studies and collateral
* Overseeing and helping execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives. The ability to speak to how these channels work together is very important.
* Driving campaign management for client acquisition programs across multiple channels
* Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
* Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
* Project Management

The Successful Applicant

Attributes & Qualifications required for the Head of Marketing (US):

  • 5+ years professional marketing experience, previous sales experience beneficial
  • Previous experience working closely with a sales organization and sales people - demonstrable affinity for sales team success
  • Creative thinker, excellent listener, and strong communicator
  • Ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points
  • Highly engaging, excellent presentation skills, confident communicating and engaging all levels of the organization
  • Experienced working with salesforce.com/ similar CRM, previous Adobe and Hubspot exposure beneficial
