Description
- Ability and desire to lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team of various levels; including HR coordinators, associates, and business partners
- Strong understanding of HR strategy and business objectives, and the ability to translate data into insights and business results
- Significant experience facilitating group development through team building, off-sites, and HR related training
- Assist in the defining and enabling of the company's talent assessment and management techniques, focusing on identifying and developing top performers across various business groups
- Support a culture of performance management both in the HR organization and across the company, encouraging the recognition of success and management of low performers
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors Degree
- 8+ years of experience
- Experience in a Global role
- Start up or Tech experience
- Previously managed a team
