Our client, a leading organization in the Aerospace Power sector, is seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to drive business growth across multiple market segments. This is a strategic, high-impact role that requires strong leadership, business acumen, and customer relationship management skills.

Job Description

  • Lead sales activities across multiple business units, including strategic business development, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement market strategies to expand existing product sales and introduce new, profitable business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, overseeing contract negotiations and direct sales efforts.
  • Identify and develop new application opportunities in collaboration with customer technical and procurement teams.
  • Oversee a team of business unit leaders, providing strategic direction on program development, sales forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Play a key role in pricing strategies, proposal development, and business case preparation for new growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze competitive activities, industry trends, and customer needs to ensure market leadership.
  • Drive aftermarket strategy optimization, leveraging both OEM and distribution channels for sustainable growth.
  • Represent the company in key customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Lead and manage the company's representative and distribution network.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of direct industry experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Proven track record in developing sales channels, driving revenue, and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.
