Located in the Raleigh, NC area working on a hybrid schedule.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead treasury functions for a multi-billion dollar revenue company, managing capital markets, funding, liquidity, cash management, and banking operationsOptimize capital structure through debt and equity financing strategiesManage relationships with rating agencies, support senior executives in financing, and advise on M&A-related fundingOversee multi-billion-dollar intercompany financing, driving process improvements and enhancing Treasury Management SystemConduct financial analysis and assist in managing F/X risk and compliance with internal controlsMentor team, strengthen external partnerships, and prepare reports for executives and the BoardEnsure SOX compliance and update company policies on investments, banking, and hedgingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
