Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead treasury functions for a multi-billion dollar revenue company, managing capital markets, funding, liquidity, cash management, and banking operations
  • Optimize capital structure through debt and equity financing strategies
  • Manage relationships with rating agencies, support senior executives in financing, and advise on M&A-related funding
  • Oversee multi-billion-dollar intercompany financing, driving process improvements and enhancing Treasury Management System
  • Conduct financial analysis and assist in managing F/X risk and compliance with internal controls
  • Mentor team, strengthen external partnerships, and prepare reports for executives and the Board
  • Ensure SOX compliance and update company policies on investments, banking, and hedging

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related quantitative field is required; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
  • 15+ years of broad international treasury experience with large public companies or consulting firms
  • Experience in capital markets, bank financing, and managing rating agency relationships is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex treasury topics, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Growth-oriented with a strong learning mindset and strong problem-solving abilities and creativity
  • Experience with implementing Treasury Management Systems is a plus
  • Basic understanding of international finance-related tax concepts is an advantage
  • Familiarity with U.S. financial reporting requirements is a plus
