Description
- Develop and interpret detailed financial models including valuation analysis
- Provide analytical support by maintaining and updating financial and valuation models on companies
- Organize the private equity fund research process
- Help create and maintain valuation policies across different funds/business lines
- Review business/trade publications, annual reports, financial filings and other sources to gather/synthesize/interpret data on companies
The Successful Applicant
This role will be a Head of Valuations role with dual reporting lines- CFO & Head of Merchant Banking. Looking for a talented and motivated valuation candidate whose seeking growth and stability within a firm.
