As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and overseeing commercial construction projects throughout the New York region.

Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate and communicate with healthcare professionals, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and integration.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and report on performance, identifying any issues or risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of project status reports, presentations, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes and action items.
  • Assist in the management of project resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  3. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and standards.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  5. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
