Healthcare Construction Project Manager - ESOP

• Plan and oversee all aspects of the healthcare construction project from start to finish.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Manage the budget and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
