Job Description



  • The client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee healthcare construction projects from inception through completion. This role involves ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all quality standards, while working closely with the project team, clients, architects, and subcontractors. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining budgets, schedules, and overall project coordination, ensuring that the client's expectations are met at every stage of the project.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage healthcare construction projects from pre-construction to final delivery
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
    • Coordinate the efforts of the project team, including superintendents and subcontractors
    • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards
    • Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges
    • Maintain proper documentation regarding scope, contracts, and changes
    • Oversee procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
    • Lead project meetings to review progress, challenges, and next steps
    • Focus on client satisfaction and successful project outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in healthcare construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record managing large-scale healthcare projects (e.g., hospitals, medical offices, clinics, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare construction codes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • LEED or other relevant certifications preferred
