Healthcare Construction Project Manager - Miami, FL

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and healthcare construction standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Prepare and present project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage subcontractor agreements.
