Job Description

  • Manage day‑to‑day delivery of healthcare interiors, MOB renovations, and small additions.
  • Own schedules, budgets, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Lead owner/design meetings and maintain proactive, professional client communication.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and closeout.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and ICRA/infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate daily with assigned Superintendents; run multiple projects concurrently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing healthcare interiors or medical office TI projects.
  • "Plug‑and‑play" PM, able to integrate quickly and run with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client‑facing skills.
  • Stable tenure with reputable GCs; strong references.
  • Must be based in Charlotte; no hybrid/remote options.
