Job Description

  • Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
