Job Description

As Healthcare Superintendent, you'll lead field operations for a $400M hospital renovation in Brighton, MA, including new wings, HVAC replacement, and deep geothermal drilling. You'll also support additional healthcare projects across the South Shore and Southeastern MA.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all field operations for a major hospital renovation project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and safety protocols
  • Manage complex scopes including HVAC replacement and geothermal drilling
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulations
  • Maintain project schedules and quality benchmarks
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and hospital stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor field staff across multiple healthcare projects
  • Represent the company professionally on-site and in client meetings

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-15 years of superintendent experience in healthcare construction
  • Proven success managing hospital projects (ground-up and fit-outs)
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and healthcare compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across Greater Boston and South Shore
