You'll also support additional healthcare projects across the South Shore and Southeastern MA.Responsibilities:Oversee all field operations for a major hospital renovation projectCoordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and safety protocolsManage complex scopes including HVAC replacement and geothermal drillingEnsure compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulationsMaintain project schedules and quality benchmarksCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and hospital stakeholdersLead and mentor field staff across multiple healthcare projectsRepresent the company professionally on-site and in client meetingsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
