Job Description

  • Oversee all field operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and healthcare clients to deliver projects that meet strict industry regulations and high medical standards.
  • Enforce top-tier safety protocols, infection control procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction.
  • Strong understanding of medical facility construction, infection control, and healthcare-specific compliance requirements.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including hospital administrators and medical professionals.
