Healthcare Construction Superintendent

The key responsibilities of the Healthcare Construction Superintendent are:

• Effectively lead a crew on schedule while monitoring quality of work
• Effectively follow plans/guidelines while conducting regular safety meetings
• Enforce all client-required safety policies and procedures
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crew member discipline and documentation
• Organize tools and equipment
• Make decisions under tight deadlines
• Manage close out process and warranty responses with project manager
• Attend and participate in weekly meetings, including project and subcontractor meetings
• Act with integrity when dealing with owners, clients, customers, subcontractors, and the community
• Demonstrate leadership skills with ability and willingness to face challenges on site
