Healthcare Construction Superintendent

• Manage and supervise all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and resolve any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
