Job Description

  • Lead field operations for large-scale ground‑up projects, with healthcare (MOBs, free‑standing ERs, clinics) as a primary focus.
  • Serve as a true counterpart to the PM: jointly build schedules, run client meetings, and manage project documentation.
  • Oversee all daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, and logistics planning.
  • Drive safety, quality control, and trade partner performance to exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, and trade contractors.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop assistant supers and younger field staff.
  • Operate with autonomy in the field while upholding company processes and core values.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Senior Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with capability for Senior Superintendent responsibilities.
  • Experience leading ground‑up projects at scale; healthcare project experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and client‑facing skills-top priority.
  • Ability to run complex projects independently and handle schedule creation with the PM.
  • Desire to mentor and train developing field staff.
  • Based in or near Charleston or open to relocation.
  • Must be available to start quickly-projects begin within 30 days.
