Job Description

As a leader for the construction project team, responsibilities will include allocating project resources, establishing subcontract agreements, and executing contractual risk protections while creating a positive safety climate. This person will be responsible for planning and delivering projects typically ranging from $5-120 million, developing budgets hands-on, and providing leadership to the construction project team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years or more of construction project leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success in positions requiring professionalism and integrity.
  • Have a passion for team-based planning and problem-solving and wholehearted commitment to building strong partnerships to support project goals.
  • Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly
  • Uphold a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site
  • Candidates with experience in government, historic preservation, healthcare, and education markets are preferred
