Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for $20M+ healthcare projects (FSEDs).
  • Manage safety, scheduling, subcontractors, and quality control from groundbreaking to closeout.
  • Leverage Procore and construction tech to streamline operations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with PMs, architects, and owners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
  • Report directly to the Regional Manager and play a key role in CPPI's Tampa expansion.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years as a Healthcare Superintendent with ground-up/ACHA experience.
  • Proven success on large-scale ($20M+) healthcare projects.
  • Strong tenure: 2-5+ years at previous companies - no job hoppers.
  • Procore proficiency and a tech-forward mindset.
  • College degree is a plus, but real-world results matter more.
  • Passionate about mentorship, team development, and long-term growth.
